How is MOLE XIQUEÑO prepared?
Without meat, dissolve in water and broth, heat and stir.
It is recommended to dissolve half a liter of water broth for every 500 grams of MOLE XIQUEÑO.
A simple recipe: – 500 g mole – 400-500 g chicken meat – 2.5 cups of chicken broth
1. Pre-cook the chicken meat in boiling water.
2. Heat the chicken broth with the mole paste over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
You can also prepare this dish with pork or beef.
